Blackcurrants variety Ojebyn, thanks ti Lidl

Had some plum curl on the plum tree. Having checked this is not aphids but plum curl some sort of virus/infection plums get. It appears over 2 very hot days and has not stopped, it affected parts of the tree whilst other parts were left untouched/unscathed

Also purchased a black current bush, cough cough. from Lidl yesterday Ojebyn variety. I am sure it will look great next year. whilst looking up information about them on the internet, unlike redcurrants, blackcurrants produce berries on this years growth
