Kiwi Actinidia Deliciosa Boskoop

My Kiwi plant is currently just starting to show new growth after the cold winter. It dropped to -15C over Christmas and New Year so I am very happy with it. I bought it back end last year from Wilkinson at £6 I thought a bargain. The variety is Actinidia Deliciosa "Boskoop". I believe "Actinidia Deliciosa" just means Kiwi

  1. Thank you. I am keeping my fingers crossed. I already have a 3yr old growing up my garage but that is an unknown grown from seed sourced from a supermarket bought kiwi and it will either be a male or a female. The one here is hopefully/supposedly self fertile and I LOVE kiwi fruit.

  2. Hi, how did your kiwi plant fair? I just had one gifted as a house warming pressie - its also an Actinidia Deliciosa - I'm wondering if it will ever fruit or flower in our climate (North UK). Has yours survived the last couple of years?
