Everything is in flower even the Rhubarb

I was a little surprised to see the rhubarb starting to flower!!! havent seen this for ages with my rhubarb so I dont know what brought it on. Any way as this takes valuable energy and nutrients away from the stalks. I shortly be removing said flowers.

    O wow that is early for the bolting. My Rhubarb will be ready any day now for the eating. I can hardly wait for it. I guess I could do that now, still I want to max the experience. Meaning let the stocks grow a few more cm

    I still haven't cut it out but I am not in a rush. soon.. When you do cut it, I am sure it will be worth it.
